On Monday, Derek, Kelly and Ken were joined by our friend, Cody Carpino with Brailsford and Dunlavey, for the annual DBIA Western Pacific Region Spring Golf Tournament. Everyone was excited to actually see the sun and thaw out a little bit (especially Kelly). Our team was able to catch up with friends and colleagues within the design-build community and have some fun at the beautiful Del Paso course. Ken even won the longest putt contest!! We also had a booth on one of the holes and were able to meet with, and hydrate, other golfers that came through. One note for next year: people come thirsty! Cheers to sunnier days ahead!

The Gavilan LSRC team had a great Stakeholder Workshop Friday (March 3) with a great amount of engagement and enthusiasm. Chris V, Mike L, Andrew S, and myself joined Rob Downey and Jenny Derry (FLINT) for a full-day workshop to go over all of the program components and space diagrams with the users. We started each session with a brief overview of the program to cover in the session and then broke out into smaller groups to get more detailed feedback on each program component, coming away with a lot of great direction and great energy to keep moving this project forward.
