Description A full-time position is open in our Campbell office for a Construction Administrator to oversee project coordination, documentation, and collaboration for our learning environments projects in the Bay Area. Candidates must be committed to design excellence, interested in the craft of architecture, and experienced in administration of a public-sector construction projects. Responsibilities Administration of public-sector contracts for construction. Knowledge of California public contract code. Knowledge of Division of the State Architect (DSA) process and procedures. Assist in the design documentation process working directly with Project Architects and other designers. Must have strong interpersonal skills and experience in coordinating with architectural team, clients, consultants, project inspectors, and contractors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and scheduling software. Working knowledge of building codes and regulations, including ADA and Title 24. Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Effective written, graphic, and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as under the direction of a project manager.
