Carla Sammis

Carla's experience includes over 4 years of construction management, supervising the construction of public buildings and communication sites. Carla has over 10 years of land development experience. Carla is SWPPP, QSD, and QSP certified. She has been closely involved in erosion control and water quality construction projects, site layout and grading, utilities design and drainage and hydrology projects - for both the private and public sectors. With this background, Carla has developed a "whatever it takes" attitude when working with clients to meet their needs, and to accomplish the most cost-efficient and functional design possible.
