Truckee Sanitary District - Vehicle Storage Facility

The Truckee Sanitary District awarded JKAE the contract to provide A/E services for the expansion of their Vehicle Storage Facility in Truckee, CA.

The existing building was composed of a 70' x 140' manufactured metal building. Services for the project included Architectural, Structural and Civil Engineering with an MEP consultant team. Scope of the project included a 70' x 70' expansion; site design, foundation design, Metal Building Manufacturer coordination, electrical/lighting/alarm upgrades, ventilation/exhaust, and new brick wainscot to match adjacent facility buildings. JKAE also provide jurisdiction approvals through the Town of Truckee and bidding/construction administration services.
