Truckee Corporation Yard

Our responsibilities included assisting in initial layout and development of the site plan, grading design for the entrance road, onsite driveways, parking areas and building pads, snow storage, storm drainage and BMP design. Additionally, we performed utility design including modification of portions of the public water system and design of onsite private fire and domestic water mains and coordination with Truckee Sanitary District, Tahoe Donner Public Utilities District Regional Water Quality Control Board, Caltrans and PES.
