The Lodge at Tahoe Donner

This golf clubhouse and restaurant were originally built in the 1960’s and in need of updates and expansion.

A new restaurant and snack bar were designed. The golf pro shop, and offices were expanded and modernized. JKAE performed the architectural, structural, and civil engineering for this project on a fast track schedule as the work could only be done over the winter and needed to be open for the following summer season. $1.8M constructed cost.
