Tehama Library

The initial task was to assist in reviewing alternative locations of existing and new sites to support their Library program.

Many site alternatives were considered and a final recommendation based upon the County’s vision, goals and community access identified an existing Newspaper Building as the highest alternative. A detailed assessment was completed of this facility and validated its viability to be transformed into a new community library.
