Tahoe City Marina
JKAE provided design for both the land side and the lakeside expansion of the marina.
This complex project is adjacent to and part of Lake Tahoe, which is a very highly regulated area. The site work included a parking lot reconstruction, a Marina Water Masters Office, fuel farm, BMP retrofits, historic building retrofit, grading, drainage and utility design. Permitting for this project included Placer County, TRPA, California Department of Fish and Game, Army Corp of Engineers, US Coast Guard, Lahontan, TCPUD and the California State Lands Commission. JKAE was on site for Construction Administration and Construction Management.
