Rio Americano High School

The Rio Americano High School CTE Modernization project includes the modernization of an existing single-story, 11,900-square-foot building constructed in 1966.

Modernizations consist of refurbishment of the existing building and the reconfiguration of the current spaces. In addition to modernized classrooms and labs, the project includes installing relocated and new specialty equipment. CORE implemented an early procurement GMP package to release submittals and procurement of materials and equipment prior to the DSA approval. This enhanced the schedule and locked in pricing to avoid escalation costs.
