JKAE has been responsible for the civil design for projects such as: the Big Springs Subdivisions, the Retreat Subdivision, the Porcupine Hill subdivision, the Lookout chair lift, the Northstar Club, the Overlook bottom terminal, ski trail widening, pedestrian and bike trails, several half pipes, the Alpine Coaster, the Zip Line, and the employee parking lot. JKAE has provided structural engineering for the snowmaking building expansion, the Village steel stairs from the parking lot to the plaza level, the temporary BBQ building, the NPOA parking lot bus shelter, the NPOA Recreation Center remodel, and the temporary Kiosk at the Village. JKAE also performed CA services for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and numerous other small projects and architectural services for numerous residential projects at Northstar, including the NPOA Recreation Center remodel, the NPOA parking lot bus shelter and assorted small projects.
