JK Architecture Engineering has been in responsible charge in preparing civil improvement plans for 204 single family residential lots, approximately 1.0 mile of collector roadway, a round-a-bout, as well as a 360-unit multi-family residential project. Responsibilities of the project include grading and utility design to ensure all structures within the project are outside of the floodplain, coordination with the public entities for review and approval as well as construction administration for the project through the entirety of the construction process.
