Set atop the Heavenly Mountain Resort at an impressive elevation of 9,200 feet, the Mountain Coaster offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Lake Tahoe basin.

Surrounded by the natural landscape and beauty of the high Sierra, this unique thrill ride heightens all senses. The alpine coaster is a 3,400 foot long elevated track flying through the forest and curving around boulders and trees with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. This gravity-propelled coaster descends 300 vertical feet and accelerates around two lateral loops. The coaster is fabricated out of aluminum and is structurally anchored by soil screws and cast-in-place concrete piers to minimize construction impact.
