It is designed with a passive solar thimble wall heat source galleria to provide solar radiant heating, along with cooling ventilation options. Each room is organized along the galleria with floor to ceiling windows offering views of the lake vistas. Integrated outdoor gathering areas incorporate boulders from the natural landscape to serve as outdoor furniture.
