MLK Jr. Academy Campus demonstrates JKAE’s ability to deliver comprehensive campus redevelopment projects that unify communities and support equitable access to high-quality learning environments.

The new campus integrates classroom buildings, a multi-use facility, administration and library spaces, and outdoor learning environments designed to promote hands-on instruction, collaboration, and student wellness.
Delivered through a Lease-Leaseback model, the project required disciplined coordination, cost management, and DSA compliance while serving a diverse and evolving school community. Extensive stakeholder engagement guided the
planning and design process to ensure alignment with district priorities and
long-term educational goals.
