Clear Creek - Lot 36
Set on one of the premiere views lots in Clear Creek, the client wanted to the home to capture views spanning 270 degrees.
Even within this seemingly endless panorama, each space was carefully crafted to frame the view in particular way, using photo simulations to evaluate minor changes in orientation. Architecturally, the home is an organic composition of these spaces, creating a form that is dynamically balanced.
