The site consists of 2+ acres oriented on a northern slope towards the 4th hole of the community golf course. Due to the slope of the site a winding driveway leads down the hill and terminates at a roundabout with adjacency to the main entrance and garage entrance.

The mountain modern design incorporates simple roof forms with a focus on views out to the golf. The master bedroom is separated from the main house to provide privacy.
