The main residence on a 30+ acre site, the house sits prominently on the brow of the natural granite boulder outcropping that are found throughout the site. The entry is set up to screen the lake vista at first, rather focusing on the distant Pyramid Peak. The lake view is revealed as one travels through the house to the main living spaces, which then flow directly to the outdoor spaces. The visual and physical connectivity to outdoor space was paramount in the special organization of the house utilizing roof terraces, green roof gardens, patios and lawn area to enjoy the unique micro-climates in all seasons. The interior environment is organized into three distinct levels characterized by open  circulation, connectivity and privacy where required. The sleeping, living, and entertainment levels all have connection to each other and their respective outdoor spaces.
